Laura Di Francesco

I'm an illustrator, a graphic and stage designer. I work for publishers, advertising studios, magazines and fashion.

I was born in Rome, Italy in 1976 and gratuated in the Art Academy of Rome.

I leaved for Tokyo in 1999 where I started to learn Japanese language, culture and art. My paintings are appreciate for the light kindness done with China’s coloured ink. In 2000 I came back to Rome.

I started the first engagement in 2005, drawing advertisement project for "FRAMMENTI", an art festival happening in Frascati, Castelli Romani, during fall season. http://www.semintesta.it/fram.htm

On december 2005 I worked for the theatral company "TDA - Teatro delle apparizioni - TEATRO FURIO CAMILLO" with an illustrated 3D box, all around Italy. That box was used for the exhibition "DROMO - The secrets of childhood". http://www.exibart.com/profilo/eventiV2.asp?idelemento=25878
